#theJOMM is a monthly non-profit meetup for marketing professionals, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and tech enthusiasts who are interested in learning the latest information about online marketing, sharing their insight, and connecting with industry peers.

Anyone, whether you’re a business owner, seasoned professional, a marketing student, a newbie to all things marketing or tech, or even if you’re just passionate about the topics covered. #theJOMM welcomes all

Chandra Harris


As a Digital Experience Product Owner, Chandra Harris is responsible for the oversight and growth of a local credit union’s digital experience. With a BS in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration, she has over 8 years’ experience in a product management shop. Her direct experience involves the development of strategies in the financial services industry—specifically online and mobile banking.


Mary Fisher


Mary Fisher is the founder and CEO of Fisher Design, an advertising and public relations firm that develops and produces comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. Since its inception in 1989, the firm’s clients have included many publicly held corporations as well as small startups. Some of the firm’s clients include: Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute, Watson Realty, Hartley Press, North Florida OB/GYN, Baptist Health, Arizona Chemical. Mary was also the recipient of the Jacksonville Business Journal Woman of Influence in 2014. She was also the recipient of the 2007 Women in Business, Entrepreneur of the Year Award presented by the Women Business Owners of North Florida.

She is a past president of the Jacksonville Chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and was honored in 2007 as AIGA Fellow, a national award given to an elite 13 people that year. She is a graduate of 2006 Leadership Jacksonville. She is on the advisory boards of both FSCJ and Keiser University for the Graphic Design and Interactive Design departments. She is a member of the Associated Medical Office Experts, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and Southside Business Men’s Club.

Mary is a mentor for the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center, Marketing Matters. She has also continued to mentor many high school and college students each year, as well as young business owners.

Lynn Thompson


Lynn Thompson is an author, speaker, and marketer with over 30 years of experience. She owns Thompson Writing & Editing, where she helps her clients tell their stories through book ghostwriting, manuscript editing, and author marketing services, as well as OldMaidCatLady.com, an online retailer of quality products for cats and their people. She is working on her forthcoming book, The Feline CEO.
Serving on the boards of too many non-profit groups throughout her career to list them all, Lynn is currently a member of the JAX Chamber, Shankminds, BlogPaws, the Cat Writers’ Association, and a Life Member of the University of Florida Alumni Association. An annual volunteer at the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance, she is also a past mentor in the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center’s Marketing Matters program. Lynn’s writing awards include a Muse Medallion, several POW! Awards, Outstanding Florida Writers Association Member, and two PULSE Awards from The Findlay Group.



Snehal Indra is the Marketing Director for Velour, LLC. Her role is to promote Velour, an upcoming artist, singer, and musician. You can find more about Velour at iamvelour.com.  With dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration & Management and Tourism & Hospitality Management, Snehal is currently studying for her MBA with a specialization in Business Analytics. She is a Research Analyst at American Legal Claim Services and also an admin for Creeks Athletic Association – Flag Football. Her passion is being creative in any medium, especially Adobe Photoshop and acrylic painting, along with learning new things. Her passions has led her to dive into the marketing world!
